AIGSS has a Quality Management System (QMS) with processes, templates, and guidelines. We customize our processes to suit specific customer needs. AIGSS extensively uses tools for automating processes. Our process ensures continuous measurement of results to identify root causes of incidents and improvement opportunities. AIGSS has a dedicated organizational group ensuring quality and maintaining the QMS. All project teams have an independent Software Quality Assurer.
