to have fun while working and developing their skills and talent.. Teams regularly organize company-sponsored
outings, which are fun and help to build camaraderie. The AIGSS Day is
celebrated with great gusto, helping employees unwind while they get to
know each other better. The AIGSS employee newsletter Catalyst is a forum for
employees to exhibit their creative talent and share their views and
experiences with their colleagues.
Employees are also encouraged to be sensitive
towards their communities and the environment through the volunteer
engagement programs under our Corporate Social Responsibility
initiative- “Care and Share”.
One of the major initiatives under this is the “Power of 100”. Employees who wish to volunteer can contribute
Rs. 100 to support the children from the
marginalized communities under this initiative.
